Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center (AAC) is seeking a dedicated BCBA for a hybrid role that blends hands-on clinical care with mentorship and professional growth. The position emphasizes quality care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and flexible work arrangements including remote days.

The role offers a pathway for growth within AAC’s ISAA program, with competitive base pay ($85,000-$110,000) plus monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current Georgia BCBA license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, and implement ABA-based interventions for children with autism.
• Maintain assigned caseload of clients.
• Develop and implement Individual Plan of Care and Behavior Support Plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and staff.
• Ensure proper medical record documentation and compliance.
