Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center in Georgia seeks an experienced BCBA to provide center-based diagnostic and therapy services for young children with autism. You will manage a caseload, develop care plans, and collaborate with Speech/Feeding and OT for holistic care.

The position offers a flexible schedule with remote days, competitive base pay, and generous benefits. A master's degree, BCBA certification, and Georgia license are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• BCBA certification is required and must be current.
• Georgia BCBA license is required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess children using standardized tools and develop Individual Plans of Care.
• Maintain assigned caseload of clients with 100% center-based services.
• Write Behavior Support Plans and monitor progress with families and schools.
• Lead and train treatment teams, ensuring ethical and compliant practices.
• Collaborate with Speech/Feeding and OT for interdisciplinary care.
• Ensure accurate medical record documentation and program monitoring.

Education

Master's degree in a relevant field

BCBA certification

Georgia BCBA license
