Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families with a flexible, primarily remote arrangement and one required in-person visit per month.

The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers while maintaining ethical standards. Nebraska licensure is required or pursued, with competitive compensation up to $90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willing to obtain
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience ABA with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards
