Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, primarily serving in Nebraska with licensure considerations.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to achieve meaningful clinical progress while maintaining compliant documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
