Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role. You will conduct ABA assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise techs, and work with families to drive meaningful progress while balancing remote work with one monthly in-person visit.

Requirements include a Nebraska BCBA licensure or eligibility and a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field. Compensation is up to $90/hour with negotiable rates.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards
