Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families, primarily remote with one monthly in-person visit. The role involves assessments, treatment plan development, supervision of technicians, and caregiver collaboration.

Qualifications include Nebraska licensure eligibility (or willingness) and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field. Experience with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willing to obtain it.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
