ASAT A Step At A Time Care is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Staten Island, NY. Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Experience with autism and related disorders.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
- Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
- Proactively improve clinical standard operating procedures.
