Job summary

AHRC New York City is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join Staten Island Preparatory. The role oversees ABA services, data collection, and reporting to support student progress across academic, social, and behavioral domains.

You will participate in IEP reviews, Behavior Support planning, and parent clinics, while traveling to school sites as needed. A Masters in related field and BCBA certification are required, with at least three years of ABA leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Masters in Special Education or related field required.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing and/or supervising ABA service programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise development and implementation of ABA services in agency programs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Establish consistent data collection systems and generate reports on academic, social, and behavioral performance.
• Participate in Child Study meetings, IEP reviews, Behavior Support planning, and parent clinics as needed.
• Provide expert supervision to staff at individual or group levels based on current knowledge of theory and best practices.
