Job summary

My Team ABA in the Atlanta area is seeking skilled BCBAs to support autistic children with family-centered, data-driven ABA plans. This hybrid remote role focuses on Marietta and Decatur with afternoon/evening hours; travel may be required within 30000-30049 zip codes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• 1+ year ABA experience with children 0-21; RBT time acceptable for new BCBAs.
• Experience conducting assessments, designing plans, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress.
• Experience supervising RBTs and caregiver training preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments to identify goals.
• Design and implement ABA plans and interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training when required.
