• Current BCBA Certification and LABA if applicable.
• Master's in ABA, Psychology or Education.
• Must maintain Safety Care Specialist status.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are effective.
