Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support autistic children in West Metro Atlanta. You will design individualized ABA plans, guide families, and coordinate with caregivers to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications include a Master’s in ABA or related field and BCBA certification, with 1+ year experience in ABA involving children 0–21. Willingness to supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• 1+ year ABA experience with children 0–21 (RBT time okay for newly certified BCBAs).
• Experience conducting functional/skill-based assessments, identifying goals, designing plans, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and caregiver training preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Dependable, consistent, reliable, trustworthy and professional.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families to understand priorities and develop highly individualized ABA plans.
• Deliver interventions and track progress toward goals.
• Train and supervise RBTs; provide caregiver coaching.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with care teams.
