ABA Centers, a leading ABA provider in Warner Robins, GA, seeks a BCBA to design and oversee behavior-analytic programs for children with autism. You will supervise RBTs, conduct functional and preference assessments, and drive treatment efficacy with low caseloads and strong clinical support.

The role requires BCBA certification, Master’s degree, and active licensure; drivers license and clean record are essential. Relocation and sign-on options may apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification required.
• Active BCBA certification required and licensure process may be initiated.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance proof.
• Must maintain clean background and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
