ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs within a dynamic, child-focused ABA practice in Warner Robins, GA. The role emphasizes supervision of RBTs, conducting functional and preference assessments, and ongoing program optimization to drive meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date (if required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., functional assessment, preference assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
