Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Gainesville, GA for a full-time role. You will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, work with RBTs and caregivers, and conduct functional assessments to determine the need for intervention.

We offer a starting rate of $95,000 per year, relocation up to $15,000, and student loan forgiveness up to $24,000, with a supportive clinical infrastructure and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field and BCBA certification.
• Active BCBA certification is required at hire.
• State licensure processes should be initiated before start date if required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
