Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs in Lawrenceville, GA. You will design and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans for children and families, while guiding RBTs and caregivers in program implementation.

The role offers a competitive salary range ($95,000–$120,000) with a $20k sign-on bonus for a full-time position, relocation support, and student loan forgiveness options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and active BCBA certification.
• Ability to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Experience with ABA therapy and behavior analysis in pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
