ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Warner Robins, GA. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 for a full‑time role with a sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance up to $10,000. Student loan forgiveness up to $24,000 is also offered.

The role involves designing and supervising ABA programs, overseeing RBTs, and performing assessments to tailor interventions for children and families, with opportunities for growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in behavior analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Ability to initiate state licensure before start date when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
