ABA Centers of Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role focuses on designing, implementing, and supervising ABA programs for children and families.

The position emphasizes supervision of RBTs, conducting functional and preference assessments, and ongoing program optimization. The BCBA will lead data-driven interventions and collaborate with caregivers to ensure high-quality care and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree; BCBA certification required.
• Active BCBA certification and license initiation before start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
