Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is opening a new center in McDonough, GA and seeks an experienced BCBA to Founding Clinic Director. You will lead daily clinical operations, supervise BCBAs and staff, oversee treatment planning, and ensure compliance with BACB standards and Georgia regulations.

You will shape clinic systems, mentor clinicians, recruit the team, and partner with leadership to drive growth while maintaining high clinical quality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Georgia LBA eligibility or ability to obtain before start.
• Minimum 3 years pediatric ABA experience, clinic-based preferred.
• At least 2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience helping manage or operate an ABA clinic.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations of the McDonough center.
• Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and staff.
• Maintain strong clinical standards with QA and leadership teams.
• Oversee treatment plans, BIPs, progress monitoring, and programming.
• Lead case reviews and provide regular performance feedback.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop clinic staff.
• Collaborate with intake and operations for growth.
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, Georgia regulations and policies.
• Carry a limited billable caseload as clinic grows.
• Foster a positive, organized clinic culture.

Founding Clinic Director, BCBA

New ABA Center Opening in McDonough, Georgia

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus sign-on bonus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Location: McDonough, Georgia, on-site

Big Dreamers ABA is preparing to open a new center in the McDonough area, and we’re looking for an experienced BCBA to lead it from the beginning.

This is not just another BCBA position. You’ll help establish the clinical standard, build and develop the team, shape clinic operations, and play a major role in what the center becomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day clinical operations of the McDonough center

• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff

• Work closely with our QA and leadership teams to maintain strong clinical standards

• Oversee treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, progress monitoring, and clinical programming

• Lead case reviews and provide regular performance feedback to clinicians

• Help recruit, onboard, and develop the clinic team

• Partner with intake and operations to support steady, responsible clinic growth

• Build relationships with referral sources, schools, providers, and community organizations

• Ensure compliance with BACB standards, Georgia regulations, payer requirements, and company policies

• Carry a limited billable caseload that decreases as the clinic grows and leadership responsibilities increase

• Help create a positive, organized, and supportive clinic culture

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

• Active Georgia LBA, or eligibility to obtain one before starting

• At least three years of pediatric ABA experience, preferably in a clinic-based setting

• At least two years of supervisory, management, or clinical leadership experience

• Previous experience helping manage or operate an ABA clinic

• Strong knowledge of FBAs, treatment planning, BIP development, supervision, and clinical documentation

• Ability to lead people while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with CentralReach preferred

• Working knowledge of Georgia Medicaid and commercial insurance preferred

• Ability to balance clinical quality, staff development, family experience, and operational goals

Compensation and Benefits
