Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test (within last year).
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• End of day impact: help children and their families progress toward goals.
