ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is hiring a BCBA in Lancaster, PA to design and oversee behavior-analytic programs for children with autism. You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and ensure high-quality care within our clinical framework.

We offer a base salary of $100,000–$120,000, full-time benefits, relocation up to $10K, student loan forgiveness up to $24K, generous PTO, and opportunities for career growth through our ABA Academy.

Qualifications

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
• Master’s degree
• Active BCBA certification,required
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date(ifrequired)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability tomaintainclean background/drug screenings and driving record
