Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD are required.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and sound professional judgment.
• Capacity to train and supervise paraprofessionals delivering 1:1 ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and adaptability in ABA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of ongoing ABA programs and supervise paraprofessionals.
• Deliver ABA training to parents and caregivers as needed.
• Perform client assessments and monitor program performance, adjusting as necessary.
