Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland is seeking passionate BCBA professionals to join our team. You will provide client assessments, supervise ongoing ABA programs, and train families to support progress.

We offer 6 months of paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement, with in-office teams and supportive Clinical Directors. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and judgment.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in 1:1 ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and ability to adapt ABA procedures to diversity.
• Willingness to accept supervision and guidance to remedy deficits.
