Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland is seeking passionate BCBA professionals to lead ABA programs and supervise paraprofessionals. Full-time and part-time positions available; you’ll conduct client assessments, supervise ongoing programs, and train families.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification with an LBA in MD.
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Display excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity.

Responsibilities
