Job summary

Butterfly Effects in the North Shore area seeks BCBA leadership to oversee clinical teams and drive high-quality ABA services for children with autism. You will supervise RBTs/BTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess & plan: Conduct FBA, set goals, and create evidence-based plans.
• Empower families: Lead caregiver training sessions monthly.
• Coordinate care: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
