Job summary

AB Spectrum in the St. Louis area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and supervision for children with autism.

The position emphasizes small caseloads (5–8 children per BCBA) and meaningful face-to-face time with clients in a therapy-centered environment. The role offers up to a $100,000 base salary, a four-day workweek option, generous PTO, and a sign-on bonus for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
• Passion for early intervention and helping children with autism thrive

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children's progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
