Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Hybrid Telehealth ABA services. With over 25 years of experience, BI has 100+ centers serving children with autism aged 18 months to 10 years across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Reside outside the Greater Houston area, TX candidates only.
• Travel at least 25% monthly — 1 week per month in person supervision.
• Master or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification per BACB guidelines.
• TX & OK LBA licensure with reimbursement.
• Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
• 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience (preferred).
• Experience with center-based, early intervention children (preferred).
• Empathetic, collaborative team-player.
