Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a public school district setting in Greenwich, CT. This W2 contract offers local or travel options, with full-time or part-time availability and a 35-hour work week.

The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, collaboration with families and professionals, and active participation in IEP meetings to drive student progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• State licensure may be required by location.
• Endorsement/certification by the State Department of Education may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Provide training and consultation to school staff and families.
• Support crisis prevention, de-escalation, and intervention procedures.
• Collaborate with school teams and outside providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral goals.
• Deliver social skills instruction using evidence-based programs.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements including data on restraint/seclusion.
• Liaise with mental health services as needed.
