United Services for Children in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our outpatient clinic. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to support children with developmental delays and autism.

You will work with a dedicated team, providing evidence-based services and contributing to professional development.

Formación

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and state licensed (or provisionally licensed) to practice.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee RBTs in individualized programming for children and coordinate with therapies.
• Conduct assessments to determine treatment planning and progress.
• Develop and supervise treatment plans and ensure implementation with fidelity.
• Implement data collection, graph and analyze behavior and learning data, adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client outcomes.
