The position offers four onsite days with hybrid flexibility, a focus on meaningful face-to-face time, and predictable weekday hours with evenings and weekends off.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Passion for early intervention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized therapy treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
