Yes ABA Therapy in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. You will develop and implement ABA programs, collaborate with parents and clinicians, and contribute to treatment plans that support children with autism.

The role emphasizes interdisciplinary teamwork, evidence-based ABA methods, and flexible scheduling to fit family needs. Bilingual Spanish is a plus for greater family engagement.

Formación

• Board Certification by the BACB as a BCBA or a QBA.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based ABA treatment approaches and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive ABA programs tailored to the unique needs of each child, in collaboration with parents and other clinicians.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication.
