Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Winston-Salem, NC, to support clinical teams delivering ABA services. The role includes treatment implementation, data collection, and collaboration with families and staff in a hybrid setting.

You will work under a BCBA, supervising RBTs, training parents, and contributing to progress-driven adjustments while upholding ethical standards in care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience preferred.
• Active BCaBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA or eligibility preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Under BCBA supervision, design and oversee individualized ABA programs.
• Conduct skills and behavior assessments including FBAs and preferences.
• Train and supervise RBTs to support treatment implementation.
• Provide parent training and occasional direct therapy services.
• Analyze clinical data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to support client success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and legal standards.
