Job summary

Morrison Center in Scarborough, Maine seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time special purpose private school. The BCBA will provide expert behavior analytic services to support students with autism and other behavioral health needs in a trauma-informed setting.

The role requires a Master's degree or higher and a current BCBA certification, with strong skills in data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and supervision of staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and state regulations.
• Commitment to ethical practice and student-centered services.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct behavior analysis and develop individualized intervention plans for 10–12 students with autism.
• Perform FBAs and develop BIPs based on assessment data.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor data to evaluate student progress and modify interventions.
• Collaborate with related service providers to support student well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school policies and laws.
