Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time, passionate BCBA to join our Georgia team in a hybrid in-clinic and remote planning role.

You’ll conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train families, and collaborate with clinical peers to ensure high-quality outcomes. Our clinician-led culture emphasizes mentorship, ethical care, and work-life balance while delivering exceptional care to children and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• Georgia LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
