Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. You will analyze data and drive data-driven decisions while supporting families and caretakers.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and professionals, monitor progress, and maintain documentation. We offer experienced clinical leadership, ongoing mentorship, flexible scheduling, PTO, a 401(k), and top-tier hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Treatment plan reviews
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs
