Blue Gems ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide clinical supervision and leadership in Mooresville, NC. You will oversee RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and schools to achieve meaningful progress for children.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
