The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure ethical, effective ABA therapy and thorough progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and intervention skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ABA therapy to clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment.
• Provide training and support to autism therapy staff and families.
• Develop and implement behavioral plans and protocols to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy.
