Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team with flex work in MD. You will deliver ABA therapy to children with autism, develop individual treatment plans, and collaborate with families and professionals in a fast-paced environment.

We offer flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time, NO CASELOAD, and opportunities for professional growth through mentorship and training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• At least 1 year of experience with children with autism.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism using evidence-based practices.
