Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our Bedford, PA team. This role offers part-time and full-time options, with flex work and no caseload. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master's in ABA and BCBA certification (or on-track). Candidates with 1+ year of experience in ABA settings are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification or on-track to obtain certification.
• 1+ year of experience with children with autism, preferably in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
• Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, adapting programs to individual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and communication.
• Provide ongoing training and support to team members.
• Document client progress, treatment plans, and billing information accurately.
