• Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible to become certified.
• 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement behavioral interventions for children with autism.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Provide training and consultation to staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to development of program goals and objectives.
• Stay current with best practices in ABA and integrate new knowledge into practice.
