Jobot in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise a center-based ABA program. You’ll lead the clinical team, design individualized treatment plans, and ensure ethical caseload management, with a mix of on-site work and limited WFH days.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience with skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage clinical team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support behavior technicians and clinical staff.
