Job summary

Peace Living LLC is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in California. This role supports adaptive skills programs for individuals with developmental needs and provides clinical supervision to AST professionals and RBTs.

We offer flexible scheduling (20–40 hours per week) with options for part-time or full-time work, mentorship, and opportunities to advance within a supportive, collaborative environment dedicated to meaningful family outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board certification (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
• 3+ years of experience in the field.
• Experience with assessment tools and report writing.
• Extensive ABA-based behavior treatment planning experience.
• CPR Certification and TB clearance required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and functional analyses to develop behavior plans.
• Oversee administrative and clinical supervision of AST Professionals and RBTs.
• Data collection and progress analysis to adjust interventions.
• Parent coaching to support home progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills.
