Job summary

ABS Kids in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a measurable impact with flexible schedules and local caseloads. Join a company founded and led by BCBAs, where your voice matters and your clinical expertise is respected.

You’ll work with children with autism, maintain manageable caseloads (10-12 clients per BA), have opportunities to transfer to new centers, and participate in leadership retreats.
