Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide individualized autism services across in-home, school, and clinic settings. You will manage caseloads, perform initial intake, and develop data-driven treatment plans for children.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and LBA licensure required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Completing initial intake and updating assessments using specific assessment tools.
• Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Providing treatment based on your recommendation and clinical best practice for your clients.
• Providing Family support and training.
• Leading and educating your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborating with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities.
• Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.
• In-home, school, and clinic environments available.
