Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Maryland is seeking a BCBA to join our team dedicated to clinical excellence and clinician growth. We offer mentorship, ongoing ABA trainings, CEU opportunities, and flexible scheduling to support high-quality care.

You will conduct assessments, provide supervision to RBTs, design and monitor behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and collaborate with families and schools to improve outcomes for children and families. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred; strong clinical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
