Job summary

My Team ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support autistic individuals in the West Metro Atlanta area. The role emphasizes functional assessments, goal setting, plan design, and ongoing progress monitoring with a collaborative, family-centered approach.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and 1+ year experience in ABA with children 0–21.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• 1+ year experience in ABA working with children 0-21 (RBT time allowed for newly certified BCBAs).
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments, identifying goals, designing plans, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing caregiver training preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
