Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work with autistic children in the West Metro Atlanta area, including Marietta, Smyrna, and surroundings. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $80–$100 plus potential salary options based on ABA experience.

We provide medical/vision/dental benefits, a 401k, and 3 weeks of paid time off for full-time staff, plus ongoing training and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• 1+ year ABA experience with children 0-21 (including RBT time for newly certified BCBAs).
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments and monitoring progress.
• Experience supervising RBTs and caregiver training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and identify goals.
• Design and implement ABA plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure therapy plans are followed.
