Job summary

Early Autism Services in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing private practice. You will supervise staff, collaborate with a clinical director, and expand home-based ABA programs across Atlanta and surrounding counties.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, updating treatment goals, conducting initial assessments, and providing some direct service to young children with autism. A driving role with travel is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active credential.
• Experience with children or disabilities preferred.
• Willingness to travel in and around Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train non-certified staff.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings with families and therapists.
• Provide training to parents as needed.
• Analyze data from therapy teams to inform treatment decisions.
• Update client goals and treatment plans.
• Participate in initial assessments for new clients.
• Provide direct 1:1 services to young children with autism.
