Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support families across our Rhode Island region. The role emphasizes developing compassionate, evidence-based treatment plans and collaborating with caregivers, teams, and stakeholders to meet client goals.

Qualified candidates hold a master's degree or PhD with BACB coursework, BCBA certification, and at least two years of related clinical experience working with autism or developmental disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD with BACB coursework.
• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities/behavior challenges.
• Valid driver's license with reliable access to vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments.
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. Not sponsoring visas at this time.
