Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our growing ABA team at our Dorchester, MA location. In this role, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct functional assessments, and supervise ABA services to maximize client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify goals and objectives.
Implement and supervise ABA treatment programs to achieve maximum client outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
