Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Kansas City, MO. We are committed to transforming lives through evidence-based ABA practices, with a collaborative culture, professional growth, and meaningful client outcomes.

The BCBA will develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, mentor RBTs, assess progress, and coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
